Hudson Boxing offers a full range of classes to fit every level and goal: drop in for an energetic group boxing class that blends technique, pad work, and conditioning; join our fundamentals sessions for hands-on coaching focused on stance, footwork, and clean combinations—perfect for beginners; sign up for advanced technique classes where experienced coaches refine strategy, defense, and power; try our small-group personal training for individualized programming and rapid progress; and don't miss specialty offerings like cardio kickboxing, youth classes, and open gym hours for members who want to drill independently in our creative, supportive space.
